Since the Trolltunga hike is a full-day adventure, we highly recommend staying at least two nights to make the most of your visit to our beautiful region.

If you’re travelling to or from Preikestolen and the Lysefjord, Røldal makes a great stopover. This charming mountain village is home to a historic stave church and has a rich cultural heritage worth exploring.

There is also accommodation available in the neighbouring municipalities of Ulvik and Eidfjord.
