This Route is Operated by Trolltunga-Road Bus.
Starting your hike from P3 Mågelitopp saves 1–1.5 hours each way.
- The round trip from P3 Mågelitopp is 20 km, with an estimated hiking time of 7–10 hours.
- Important: Start early to ensure you catch the last bus down! Odda is a small town with limited taxi availability, especially in the evening.
Season: 31 May–30 September,2025 (as long as the road is clear).
(The road will be closed if there is snow or ice.)

- No advance booking is required from P3 Mågelitopp.
- Payment is made at the ticket office at P2 Skjeggedal after arrival.

- Advance booking is only available for departures from P2 Skjeggedal.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office at P2 Skjeggedal.
- From P3 Mågelitopp: Payment is made at the ticket office at P2 Skjeggedal upon arrival.
- Advance booking is not available from P3 Mågelitopp.
15–30 September: You can purchase tickets only at the ticket office in Skjeggedal. No pre-booking.
