Summer (June — August)
The summer months of June—August are long, bright days on Trolltunga. The trip to Trolltunga is long and demanding, and you should be in good physical shape. Experienced hikers can hike to Trolltunga on their own from June 1 to September 30. But we recommend going on a guided tour that will make sure you have a safe and memorable experience.

Autumn (September — October)
Autumn is magical on Trolltunga! The mountains glow in bright colors of red, yellow and orange, while the fresh autumn air gives a very special experience. Remember that the days are shorter -- start early to get back before dark.
